During my recent stay at Mezzano, an exquisite 400-year-old farmhouse nestled in the Chianti hills, I experienced a blend of luxury and value that is hard to find elsewhere. This beautifully renovated property offers a diverse range of amenities, including a seasonal saltwater pool, which is perfect for unwinding after a day of hiking through the stunning surrounding routes. The warmth and diligence of the caretaking couple from Sri Lanka added a personal touch to our experience. Their assistance, alongside the well-appointed shared kitchen, made our stay both comfortable and convenient. Taking advantage of the tranquil outdoor dining area while soaking in the breathtaking views was a highlight. While the room furnishings displayed creativity and taste, the pricing was pleasantly reasonable considering the quality and the serene environment offered. Options for massage services completed the wellness aspect of our visit. Mezzano strikes an impressive balance between luxury and value.
